We are not responsible for any order delays due to manufacturers setback. Pre-hung doors, custom flex trims and assembled cabinets are not refundable.
IMPORTANT!
We do not do installations. Ultimate Millwork Inc, is not responsible for accuracy of any designs, measurements, or calculations.
IMPORTANT!
It's the customers responsibility to check the order with the installer and make any adjustments if needed. Custom orders require extra attention.
Free estimates available within 15 mile radius.
Estimates over 15 miles require $250 deposit which will be applied to order.
Return & Restocking Fees
Special order trim subject to restocking fee : Minimum 35%.
Cut / Used trim is non refundable.
Custom order full kitchens are non refundable.
Any damaged items by customer are also non refundable.
